EU faces divisive issues

Europe Union leaders will have plenty to bicker about at their spring summit in Brussels, to be chaired by Luxembourg Prime Minister Jean-Claude Juncker (pictured). On the agenda for the two-day meeting, which begins Tuesday, is reform of the bloc's services sector and measures to further boost growth and jobs.
