Michael Jackson The 46-year-old pop superstar was indicted by a grand jury in April 2004 on four counts of child molestation, four counts of administering an intoxicating agent, one count of attempted child molestation and one count of conspiracy to commit child abduction, false imprisonment and extortion. Jackson has pleaded not guilty to all of the charges. The indictment states that all alleged offenses occurred between February 1 and March 31 of 2003.
